Description
There are 3 city trees that have been uprooting the street gutter and now causes SEVERE flooding on the corner of Santa Rosa Street and Estudillo Ave. I am showing you a picture of just light rain from Oct 22. There is also a bus stop at this location where the city had installed pavers 20 years ago. They are also uprooted from the trees. It is a hazard for people stepping on/off the bus. If severe rain is expected in early 2027 it will be worse than what I am showing you with just light rain.
