#23095693
10/24/26. The northbound traffic always blocks the intersection at the Mels Diner, 15011 Hesperian Blvd. and 150th Ave. Very often, the drivers (including myself) cannot proceed into the intersection on 150th Ave. on green light because the entire intersection is blocked. The northbound drivers always ignore the "keep clear" sign hanging on the traffic light post on Hesperian. This problem has been going on for years. It could cause unwanted danger to travel in this intersection. Therefore, for public safety, I am requesting the city to mark "KEEP CLEAR" with stripes on the ground in the intersection. Or install surveillance camera at the intersection. Thanks for your prompt attention. Annie Leung, homeowner 14943 Portofino Cir. San Leandro 94578
