I am submitting another complaint regarding a recurring encampment on Broderick Street near Washington Avenue in San Leandro. This is the same individual I have reported multiple times. He has returned to the location and is sleeping on the sidewalk, keeping his belongings there, obstructing pedestrian access, and engaging in behavior that appears to involve alcohol and drug use. I am requesting that the City review my previous complaints, coordinate an in-person assessment with the appropriate departments, and arrange a visit from the homeless outreach team. Please assess any sidewalk obstruction, public safety concerns, and applicable violations. I would also appreciate a follow-up explaining what actions can be taken to address this recurring situation. This is an ongoing issue, and I am asking for a coordinated response rather than repeated temporary interventions.
