For the past several months it seems that San Leandro Hospital has added a temporary cooling tower and the sound and humming it makes is loud, unsettling and annoying. The unit is directly facing our neighborhood, it’s unbearable at times to have your windows and doors open because of the humming sound. My household has been experiencing headaches from this humming that goes on through the night. This temporary unit needs to be replaced and fixed properly. Please see that the hospital takes care of this issue!
