Description
Red Toyota Hatchback is frequently parked on the front yard property and over the walkway to the front porch. The non emergency police line option 8 on the menu has not been functioning for at least two weeks. It rings and then hangs up on you. We have reported this violation multiple times without any action taken apparently.
