Residents are parking their vehicles in the front yard, not on the driveway. There is one 4x4 gray truck parked on the property parallel to Grand Ave. there is a silver truck also parked on the property perpendicular to the street. License number: CA 8DAD186. It is a shame the city took away their street parking with that stupid redo of Grand Ave, but they are in violation and it just encourages other residents to do the same. We like to report to police dispatch real time but the non emergency dispatch line is currently non functional
