Description

Very large tree in backyard. Nate’s tree service (hired by the city I think) was just here trimming the redwood at the property next to this one and one of the workers said the tree in the backyard of 1730 should be checked out. I think they said it was a magnolia which isn’t a good tree to plant near houses. Too late for that, the tree is super wide and tall, doesn’t not appear to have ever been trimmed. It extends into 3 neighbors yards too. The branches are very big, if one fell someone would be seriously injured or worse, not to mention the property damage. Please check it out, especially with the recent winds and the El Niño rains coming.
