Description
I see this violation all the time and you city don't do anything about it. It's not the first complaint. Since when are we allowed to leave garbage bins AND cones every day to block and prevent other park in PUBLIC AREAS? If that's allowed let me know so we start doing that as well. Please take action. Signs of 24hr active gate/driveway when that is not true.
