(AT&T fiber / PG&E gas repair) Hi About six months ago, while AT&T was installing fiber on Treehaven Dr. a gas line was struck by AT&T and PG&E made an emergency repair at night. The street in front of 42 Treehaven Dr. (my home) has not been properly restored by AT&T or PG&E and I am writing to get your help in making this right. Also of note there is a newer crack in front of my driveway created by the AT&T contractors heavy equipment while final paving the fibre install excavations. I spoke with the foreman of the AT&T paving contractor when they were doing the fiber repairs and he specifically said the PG&E work repairs were PG&E's responsibility. As of this writing, PG&E has not returned to do the repairs and I’m at a loss. I’m new to this and not sure how to get this fixed and need your help. I’m guessing you have seen this type of thing once or twice before and have the necessary relationships to get it made right. Just so I can follow-up properly if necessary could you please: Tell me what encroachment permits were issued for Treehaven Dr to AT&T and PG&E over the past year, including permit numbers and dates; Both PG&E and AT&T Confirm whether those permits have received final inspection; and Require the responsible permit holder to restore the pavement to city standards.
