Description
The traffic light that is the left-turn signal from Lincoln Ave towards the 101 N & S on-ramps is too quick. Prior to construction in the area, about 10 cars could go through; now only 3-4 cars can make it safely on a green light, and the backup is all the way to Fair Dr. Can this be fixed?
