,,After many years of having excessive rain water heading downhill on from above Jewell Street come down my driveway and end up overwhelming my drains, the City solved the problem by opening up an old trench on the North side of Jewell between Ridge and Union. MANY THANKS! Unfortunately it fills up with leaves and debris every summer and early fall. I'm making a request to open it up again ASAP before the heavy rains come. Thank you.
