I was walking my dog in the open space behind the administration office of Miller Creek school District Miller Creek school district and I saw a large oversized white Dodge ram diesel extra cab white. There was a white woman and a white man dumping a bunch of garbage into the dumpster and when they saw me, they scurried and got back into their truck and slowly drove off. I did get the first few numbers of their license plate, which is California 2805 and then I don’t know what else.
