Damaged storm drainage / driveway entryway outside 205 Prospect Dr. The concrete crossing over the roadside drainage ditch is cracked and has shifted/broken at the edge where it meets the drain opening, with broken concrete pieces fallen into the drain inlet. I'm concerned this will block or redirect runoff during heavy winter storms and cause flooding or erosion onto the road and neighboring properties. Please inspect and determine whether the ditch/drain is City responsibility and notify the property owner about the crossing if needed. This is a non-emergency report but time-sensitive ahead of the rainy season.
