The turn arrow when you are turning left from Lincoln Ave toward the 101 on-ramp has changed since the recent construction and is not green for long enough. I've made this turn 2-3 times per day every weekday for the last 3 years never had issues; now there is a backup almost every day. Only 3-4 cars are able to get through on a green light, and I frequently sit there and watch the signal cycle 2-4 times before I'm able to get through. Cars can be backed up on Lincoln all the way to Fair Dr. which is unnecessary and new traffic.
