Date last observed: 24-jun-26; time last observed: rent board fees not paid ; floor: 7 floors ; exact location: main bldg; building type: residence/dwelling other building; ; additional information: this building is a condo building and tax information says "apartment" it's a condo building with cc&rs. rent board not paid and rents have been raised on several tenants at 1863 mission street without a rent board license to raise the rents. i am a tenant. people come in unannounced in units with no notice. each condo unit will need to pay the rent board fee. none have been paid and therefore the raised bank rent is null and void. ;
