Construction hazmat complaint, scaffolding up since january 2026 and the boards on the scaffolding fall to the level below.. scaffolding foot put on private property next door and neighbor unable to use the driveway. noise at all hours. debris not being picked up and being left out at the property.(311 sr 101004313315)
