Description
Uninhabited building next door, 3rd floor windows opening and closing slamming against the building in the back of building 2rd floor... daily and slams loudly all night long, these windows are swinging and making a loud slamming noise, constantly there are workers in building weekly, dpung construction but haven't secured 2nd floor rear loud slamming windows right outside my bedroom window.
