Description
Hello, i'm writing to request an apartment inspection for black mold and mildew buildup. my mother and i live in a unit that has a developing mold colony in one of the bedrooms. we have years of written documentation of issues relating to water leaks, lack of insulation, black mold, etc, throughout the property that may be contributing to the latest mold growth. we are both experiencing headaches, fatigue, and trouble concentrating on a constant basis while residing in the unit.our landlords have been reticent to address the outstanding issues since being notified two weeks ago and i am seeking a licensed inspector to assess the property independently.
