Description
It¿s a 3-story house and i think this room is an illegal add-on....it used to be a makeshift airbnb room. they moved me from another room rent $2500 including the kitchen, into this room without access to the kitchen. this new room has a built in sink, but lately the structure has been feeling unsafe. when i would inform the landlord, he would brush it off saying it¿s normal that the floor is sinking and the walls are caving in. also my door leads to the outside and i go through the back and that door has been having a draft, since the floor is shifting and the draft comes back. feels like the walls do not have insulation. no locks on the mail, too, and sometimes i have to go through all the mailboxes in order to make sure i got all my letters. one of my power strip/surge protector sparked and blew up and i saw a hole or damage on the cord. also my bed doesn¿t feel as solid and it¿s actually uneven since the floor keeps moving.
