Description
252 - 254 26th av. skylight is causing water damage to 256 26th av. the skylight's asphalt membrane is broken down. it has been patched with tar and mastic but water is getting underneath it. they have a gutter system made out of air ducting so that most of the water is coming off 256 26th av roof. the water collecting between building is flowing over 256 226th av foundation as well as coming into the diningroom. back in 2002 there was a complaint for the same issue. complainant would like inspector to contact him so he can show the skylight.
