Date last observed: 06-jun-25; floor: first; exact location: common area; building type: commercial/business stairway safety; ; additional information: the rear staircase handrail is 28" high. the staircase includes two intermediate platforms from which you make 90 degree turns. on 6-6-25, i was descending, making my 90-degree turn from the power platform, i reached for the handrail and fell.;
