Date last observed: 28-jun-26; exact location: rear bldg; building type: other damaged walls; ; additional information: the land behind the parking lot of 1520 geneva ave. has not been maintained, and the vegetation has become invasive to neighboring properties. i reached out to the property manager, and he informed me that the land belongs to the city. however, i filed a 311 complaint, and the city stated that the land is private property. i was also told by a sfpuc representative that the sewer main is possibly located underneath the property.;
