Description
There are signs of paint peeling and the concern is it's lead based. also, mold looks to be present (hard to tell) as the darked areas could be dirt but clearly worth the look. i have tried to find a way to get in contact with the owner but could not easily find contact information. the house is rented and not well maintained thus the difficulty in contacting landlord.
