Description

I would like to file a complaint regarding the dirty and poorly maintained carpets in the common areas. about nine months ago, management said the carpets would be replaced within two months, so they stopped deep cleaning them. the carpets have continued to get worse, and management still cannot provide a timeline for replacement.i requested that the carpets be professionally cleaned until they are replaced, but my concerns were dismissed. allowing the common areas to remain in this condition for so long is unacceptable and may not meet the city¿s standards for maintaining safe and sanitary common areas. i ask that this issue be addressed as soon as possible.
