Description
House of multiple occupancy ---there are about 30 people living there in this house. the house sis broken down into cubicles with small families in each one. the house is not up to code. lots of codes are being broken. there was an electrical fire because of over use of electricity. sewage over flow. garbage is overflowing and garbage is being thrown on side of house. there is master tenant, lawrence keon woo um, and these people are his sub tenants. master tenant is registered as a non-profit church in daly city which caller believes is being used as a way to launder money . they have their scooters are parked on the sidewalk with little room to walk by. master tenant was asking caller to call ice on some of the subtenants because they are doing drugs and he is loosing control of them. the whole neighborhood is aware of what is going on at this house. there is a major concern for there being a fire hazard. caller has pictures and videos of the illegal things that are being done.
