Description
Customer is a housing counselor at the tenderloin housing clinic. he has a client reporting issues with the dakota hotel. client is reporting roach and pest infestation at room 203. the community kitchen is also infested, that they had to remove kitchen appliances, which were not replaced for the past 3 months. there is also an issue with the dbi inspector, and has reached the director's level. client also noted that the collected trash (at the basement) are not properly managed, resulting in significant increase of vermin.
