Date last observed: 10-aug-26; exact location: main bldg; building type: residence/dwelling hazardous outlet wiring; plumbing installation without permit; work w/o permit; flues/vents defective; ; additional information: just a brief scope of unpermited work several new walls were added and removed windows were replaced severe plumbing replace including all plumbing from the kitchen to the back of the house . a load bearing wall was removed and replaced in part with plumbing running there it leaving vary little strength i’ve pour concrete replaced floored raised floors yet ducting removal such as asbestos removal gas lines lived for dryer and gas heater removed the original exterior wall and windows were removed had to convince him to not snatch out the support for the headers i.e. king stud and cripple it rest on but this is just a fraction of things to consider my name is jason wilson i preformed a ton of this work as a daily worker having committed my time to this man 20
