See previous sr 101004573520- closed due to gis map issue. see apn on planning map6521-016descriptionunit 71a (garage unit) is not properly permitted. caller stated that tenant is disable and dph just came out for infestation complaint and recommend dbi to inspect as well for different issues like electrical/plumbing etc. please call prior to inspection as tenant is in and out from dr's appointments.
