Description
Smoke detector was replaced but is defective, keeps going off at odd times, no fire extinguisher, lights flicker on and off or doesn't work at all, hallways lights are dim when turned on, living room lights flicker or are dim, need to use a flashlight. kitchen sink does not drain, wash dishes in bathroom sink, bathroom tub does not drain, have to use bucket to bail water into the toilet, bathroom lights flicker.
