Description
Current emergency & hazard detailed description:on sunday, august 9, 2026, black raw sewage backed up through the shower drain. it covered the bathroom floor and extended into the main room of the apartment. as of today, august 12, 2026, the highly hazardous raw sewage remains standing in the unit. the overwhelming toxic odor and extreme contamination make the apartment entirely uninhabitable. i have been forced out of my home for three consecutive days. management has access via a lockbox code on the stairwell key box but has failed to remediate the health hazard.chronic pattern & repeat offenses:this is the 5th time raw sewage has flooded this unit due to a failure in the building's main plumbing line, not tenant misuse. plumbers over the years explicitly stated the building needs a permanent main line reroute away from my unit. past dates include:oct 11¿14, 2022 (rl plumbing)apr 5, 2024 (heises plumbing)mar 7, 2025 (propiedades adelante)jul 23¿aug 2, 2025 (propiedades adelante
