This is a 12 unit building and unit 5 has raw sewage leaking into the unit below, which is unit 1. unit 5 is occupied, and the caller has notified building management, but the caller feels it's not being handled well or thoroughly enough. we're requesting an inspect asap to address because it should be seen in the current condition, as this has been going on for years.
