"i am reporting recurring excessive construction noise from the construction site on irwin street, adjacent to paganini electric corporation and near my residence at 1010 16th street.the noise is specifically produced by a pile driver, which creates extremely loud, repetitive impact sounds for extended periods, frequently between approximately 9:00 am and 8:00 pm. i have measured noise levels of around 76 dba from my patio, and the repeated pile-driving noise significantly affects nearby residents.i am requesting that the city inspect the site, verify compliance with applicable construction noise regulations and permit conditions, and require appropriate noise-mitigation measures if necessary."(311 sr 101004617098)
