Caller states there was major public construction at stated location over the past days (pullout of sidewalk) .caller provided permit number 1580877. caller states she noticed damaged to her business.. caller states there is a crack by the foundation, window separated from the frame, shifting of pillar etc. caller states construction started this past saturday and she believes the damage likely happened sometime between this past saturday, august 8th and tuesday, august 11th. caller is requesting inspection and contact.(311 sr 101004612364)
