Description

Tenant is reporting the hot water heater works on and off. this has been going on since june. i have reported the issue to property management and the continually give me the run around. there are 50 units in this building. this hot water heater serves a portion of these units. it is owned by mercy housing. this is a gated community. the property address is 1250 sunnydale ave.
