Description
Work was done on the building w/ out a permit unit 5. it caused water damage to callers unit. damage to the ceiling and walls which may contain asbestos. w/in 24 hours of the damage owner saw the damage. they have not fixed the issue and it has been a month. contractor came today. resident requested a moisture test. the test was not done. the contractor looked at the ceiling and said it looked dry.
