Description
Since the chipotle on the ground floor of our building (365 toni stone crossing ste c) opened around 9/16/2026, strong cooking/grill exhaust odor reaches our level-6 residential amenity deck every day, most recently today (9/24) at lunch. its port of sf permit (b-2025-0265) shows a grease hood but no odor-control unit (esp/carbon), and mission rock design controls 7.2.4 asks that ground-floor venting exhaust through the roof and not next to terraces. i'd appreciate a ventilation review or referral to environmental health / the port. i've also filed baaqmd complaint cpm465503 and contacted the restaurant and building management, and i'm hoping for a friendly fix.
