Date last observed: 24-sep-26; time last observed: 3:00 pm; exact location: rear bldg; building type: residence/dwelling abandoned/derelict structure; work being done in dangerous manner; other building; ; additional information: i have filed several complaints over the last two years that i have resided across the street from this construction. i want to know why the city allows a construction site to be without any fence (911 was called two weeks ago for someone accessing rooftops of neighboring buildings by climbing the unfenced stairs of this construction site. the workers are leaving muddy footprints on the stairs of my building. i request that the site be immediately fenced off, the stairs to 60-64 pleasant street be cleaned by the owner of the property where this construction is never-ending. please send me an email with the steps the city is taking to stop this ongoing nuisance. thank you. ;
