Date last observed: 25-sep-26; time last observed: 3:00 pm; floor: rats groun; unit: water intr; exact location: main bldg; building type: residence/dwelling water intrusion; insects/rodents; other plumbing; ; additional information: i have been living here for over a year. i have complained about the rat infestation for a year, however the management company has only performed minor solutions. i have at least 300 photos of rat feces (many pictures with multiple samples) spread throughout the area - primarily the rat feces is in the ground level passage access to the trash, laundry and backyard, even after the property manager said the problem was fixed or cleaned. i have seen black rats use exposed pipes on the second floor to transport the building. i have email and text correspondence saying they are working on it beginning in october of 2025. clearly the owner/property manager has had ample time to correct these violations. the photos are from september 22nd. t
