Date last observed: 25-sep-26; time last observed: 2 pm; floor: 5; unit: 56; exact location: main bldg; building type: residence/dwelling no heat; ; additional information: building central boiler/radiator heat is not functioning. i first reported the lack of heat to management on september 22. on september 24, management notified residents that the boiler has reached the point where it needs replacement, that contractor bids are still being obtained, and that no replacement schedule or completion date has yet been established. my unit therefore currently lacks functioning radiator heat, and the apartment has been extremely cold. please inspect for compliance with the applicable housing code heating requirements and determine what interim measures are required while the boiler replacement is pending.;
