Malfunctioning elevator for 5-story building. since june 24, 2026, elevator has gone out every day at least once. the spring mechanism inside the door isn¿t working. elevator only goes down to the second floor unless management puts in key to access first floor. tenant complains that no first floor access isn¿t ada-compliant.-hot water. only works on and off, since june 24, 2026.-front gate ada compliance. there is no ramp to enter the building, only a big step
