Description
The bathtub in the en-suite bathroom connected to the primary bedroom is non functional as the water coming out of the faucet is dirty. the water has black debris, dirt, and an orange hue to it. i reported this issue shortly after moving into the unit in november 2026. the property management company that leases the unit to me has sent a maintenance team to inspect the issue. they determined that it was a serious issue, but no attempt to resolve the issue has been made by them.
