I¿ve attached my statement in pdf with photos, links and screenshots to my complaint.i've been living in the urbanests company hostel since 12/27/2020. it¿s a 3-story building that was built in 1906 and constructed mainly of old wood. there¿s no mechanical ventilation or fire sprinkler system (we¿ve had 2 fires in 2024 and 2025), but there¿s lots of black mold, filth and other housing issues. this is my review of it on yelp (please, scroll down and have a look at photos): https://www.yelp.com/biz/urbanests-san-francisco-3 my complaint is about the health hazard for about 50 or 60 tenants, who occupy the hostel, because there's lots of black mold and unsanitary conditions. also, there're rental units without any natural light or enough air. i have photos, videos and screenshots to support my complaint. the hostel is managed by latitude 38 group https://sfhousingservices.wixsite.com/latitude38housingservices/about-usand is one of their 17 rental properties (total
