Description
Active water leak and resulting structural damage in the kitchen of unit 304, unrepaired despite repeated requests to the property manager. water leaks from a gap at the base of the kitchen sink faucet onto the sink deck and into the cabinet below, with no fixtures running. first reported to management on august 22, 2026 (work order #3472517).management marked that order "work completed" on august 28, 2026, but the leak was never repaired and is still active today. the cabinet base and the flooring beneath the sink are rotting from prolonged water exposure; this was reported separately on august 26, 2026 (work order #3475650) and remains unrepaired. no moisture or mold assessment has been done. also unrepaired: bedroom and kitchen windows whose sliding gaskets have failed, so the windows do not seal or close properly (work order #3472519, august 22, 2026; follow-up order #3489619 was canceled by management without repair). and a kitchen electrical circuit that trips under ordinary u
