3300 block of pacific. it's not just one property, but 5 houses in a row up and down the block.they come on saturday, put the scaffolding up, then the guys goes up to the top railing at 6am and start shouting down to the street at their co-workers. the contractors try their best to tell their workers to stay in their car until time to start. but they get out early that supposed to on the scaffolding and start at 6am.
