Date last observed: 21-oct-26; exact location: main bldg; building type: residence/dwelling work being done in dangerous manner; disabled acc: entrance; disabled acc: doors; other disabled access; ; additional information: the entire lobby was cut off via pouring a new concrete floor with zero notice of a 48 hour restriction to resident on restriction of access entirely leaving numerous residents with no way to safely enter building to access residence without being forced to walk through wet cement. this is due to stairwells remaining locked externally with no resident key access, not all residents have garage fob to open garage doors, and there is no front desk person to give access to anything after hours to in evenings). residents are locked out due to construction. unclear if permitted for pouring concrete as no notification to residents. no disabiliry access except garage which is not accessible at all hours.;
