Description

Customer calling to report a very unsafe looking 5- story scaffolding. it is being put up with up with unstable two by fours, missing cross bracing, no guardrails, no proper access ladders, there are not enough rest platforms, the whole set up looks very unsafe. there was no contractors information posted on the scaffolding. per dbi it appears that this job does not have any permits for windows; permits only seem to cover unit remodeling.(311 sr 202000208406)
