Description
Resident reporting in that her heater would not turn off and was advised that the thermostat need to be adjusted and when a person came to fix it they were unable to do so and they took the whole component out. stated she is 83 years old and currently using a little heater which is not safe to use and she is in the ground floor which gets very cold. the management is unable to resolve it, unable to hear from them.
