Date last observed: 20-oct-26; exact location: main bldg; building type: residence/dwelling water intrusion; insects/rodents; mold; structural problems; ; additional information: urgent inspection request: on 10/12/26, indoor restore opened the second-floor bedroom ceiling during mold remediation. i photographed suspected termite mud tubes, frass, and damaged wood before the exposed materials were coated. no domus representative attended before, during, or after the work, and no investigation of the suspected pest activity or wood damage has occurred. on 10/20, i photographed dozens of small holes resembling wood-destroying insect damage. despite repeated requests, domus has not provided the remediation findings or before-and-after documentation. on 10/22, management stated that previously supplied lab and clearance documents reflected the records currently in its possession. this ceiling has recurring water intrusion documented in dbi complaints/novs dating to 2018. a se
