Date last observed: 22-oct-26; exact location: rear bldg; building type: residence/dwelling fire safety/fire escape; other building; ; additional information: my name is christian, and i’m working with the ownership group that owns 402 broadway (golden eagle hotel) in san francisco. we are having an issue with overgrown brush and vegetation to the left of our building and along the hillside, which may be located on city property(but we believe it may also be 412 broadway property) . the overgrowth is creating two primary concerns: 1. potential fire hazard: the dense vegetation presents a potential fire hazard. if a fire were to start in this area, it may be difficult for the san francisco fire department to access due to the location being isolated behind the surrounding buildings. 2. rodent harborage: the overgrown vegetation has also become a significant harborage area for rodents, which is a major concern as we are actively working to address rodent activity around the p
