Date last observed: 22-oct-26; time last observed: 2:00 pm; exact location: main bldg; building type: residence/dwelling work w/o permit; ; additional information: i heard loud banging noises coming from the house. all the blinds were closed. i knocked to let the occupants know about a car blocking their driveway. inside the house i observed major construction, ripped apart walls and an entire room filled with debris. it's obvious they're doing a large amount of construction without a permit.¿¿they aren't working on the house every day, so i'm not sure how an inspector will know when to come over and check.;
